E-Mail ist und bleibt eines der wichtigsten Kommunikationsmittel innerhalb jedes Unternehmens und jeder Organisation. Kommunikation innerhalb eines Unternehmens spiegelt, im Gegensatz zu bestehenden Organigrammen, die tatsächlichen Aktivitäten und Hierarchieebenen wieder. Zielsetzung der Arbeit

Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit soll E-Mail mittels Social Network Analyse analysiert und visualisiert werden, um Unternehmen dabei zu helfen wichtige Informationen zu identifizieren und bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen.
